I had the chi hair straightening perm and didn't work, should I ask for my money back?

I had it done and was great till three days later after I washed it, my hair had spots that were wavy again. They redid the process and after the washing still had some wavy parts. Should I get my money back. My hair is wavy not so curly. Thought it would be a good candidate for this process. Cost me a big chunk of money. While re-doing the process they said I must have resistant hair.They never said that it might not work.

Absolutely, at least half. You should talk to the stylist and/or owner. They want you to be happy. so they should be willing to take care of you.

First of all if they shouldn't have re-done it. The chi straightening process can be VERY damaging if it is not done correctly. Since you did not get the results you wanted after one time, I would have not let them touch my hair. You deserve to get your money back no matter how many times you go because the process didn't work. A trained hair stylist should know right away if a client is a good candidate. If any doubts they should have not done it.
