k thnx for ur answers xD

K well will my hair turn like this if i...?

probably not. those pics are of girls with fine hair , like mine. you have thick hair, it will straighten, but its still going to be thick:)

K well will my hair turn like this if i...?

u cant becuse u have too much hair xD

K well will my hair turn like this if i...?

Good job covering up your face. There are some weirdos out there.

Well, I think that thinning your hair out will work, but also go for some layers, especially ones that frame the face. And deep conditioning is essential to get hair as sleek as those in the pictures. Straightening creams work really well, especially the KMS Flat Out line, which you can find at drugstores and some Wal-Marts.

K well will my hair turn like this if i...?

It will probaly not look exactly like that, but it might be close. You could also try straitening stray with the straighening iron

K well will my hair turn like this if i...?

if you straighten your hair, it will be straight. it might not be as straight as the models, but she has a totally different type of hair. you should try using a hair straightening product or shampoo or something before straightening. wet your hair, then blow dry using a brush, straightening as much as you can. then straighten it with the straightener. i have the same straightener! :) it works great. i wouldn't get your hair thinned if i were you. it will be wayyyyy too thin or something. your hair is thick, but it doesn't look thick enough to get thinned and look good. i suggest just straightening it. good luck.

K well will my hair turn like this if i...?

Since your hair is not that curly, it'll be simpler than you think. Buy a really good straightener (or just get a thermal relaxer at a good salon), and get layers. That way it'll thin out your hair so it can look like the first picture.

K well will my hair turn like this if i...?

I think you're hair will be a bit thicker.

K well will my hair turn like this if i...?

Thinning would be a good idea %26amp; yeah get layers so that it would be easier to straighten out or maybe an even length cut? it would look good like this also%26gt;%26gt;

http://www.samysalon.com/images/maxed_ou...

maybe if you thin it out curl it instead as in long loose curls that would look good %26amp; i would recommend getting a professional straightner

K well will my hair turn like this if i...?

A straightener is perfect for your hair. if you get it thinned yout hair will be smooth and straight. My hair is kind of like your and i have a conair straightner so if yours doesnt work i suggest a conair but my hair comes out pin straight

How do you pick a hair color that looks good on you?

i have alopaca areota (not sure how spelled) simply put my hair wont grow. (i'm bald) i get a wig through locks of love but when you pick the hair color, you just have a LITTLE swatch of hair to look at the color. both times i've gotten a new wig, i got red, and i don't like it. i think blonde or brown but mom said no to blonde cause its too light according to her, but the way i see it i'm the one who has to wear it. anyway i don't know how to pick the right color. any suggestions on how to pick or what would look good? i have fair/light skin, glasses, kinda big, square, crooked nose, and blue/green eyes, (more blue than green), no eyebrows, or eyelashes. please help me. i would greatly appreciate it.

You should try on wigs with the hair colour you like first.

How do you pick a hair color that looks good on you?

There are salons that help people with alopecia. They also have wigs that you can try on in various colors. Also you can get a wig and have it cut and dyed to match your skin and shape of face. Try calling salons in and around your area to see if they can help you. Good Luck!!

How do you pick a hair color that looks good on you?

i think light brown hair with blonde streaks would look good on you. otherwise just light brown. brown and blue eyes are always a major match! dark brown and black would make you skin look totally pale. don't go there.

How do you pick a hair color that looks good on you?

with your colouring blond should be alright for you, I think that your color palette should be winter or spring which can be well coordinated with blond. And to complete the look go for cold colors you will notice that you can get either warm or cold makeup colors go for the cold...

How do you pick a hair color that looks good on you?

Try brown hair. I have blue/green eyes, and I have dark brown hair. try it.

How do you pick a hair color that looks good on you?

If you have yellow undertones in your skin, you would want to stick with warmer hues. If you have pink undertones, then you would want cooler hues(like ash). Trial and error are still your best bet-I don't know if they have a return policy; probably not I would assume, so go to a wig store and try on and see what you prefer with you skin tone.

How do you pick a hair color that looks good on you?

since u have pretty eye color u should try light brown or dirty blonde

Missed Periods , Hair Growth, Acne?

I started menstruating at the age of 11, at around the age of 13 my periods because very irregular , i visited the doctor %26amp; he said it was normal, so this continued up until a couple months ago (im 19 now) i saw the doctor about this again last year %26amp; he said it was normal %26amp; that it takes a while to get regulated but i had been menstruating for over 8 years . Now lately I have noticed alot of werid acne %26amp; alot of facial hair growth .. on my chin but my periods are somewhat regular now; but the pms is awful it starts about 2 weeks before i actually start my period %26amp; when i do get my period it goes on for days %26amp; it is so painful i almost cry .. i also have big acne bumps all over my thighs (near my groin area) like there massive almost like pimples but bigger, should i see a doctor about this or is it just a phase? Any help or suggestions, personal stories etc would be greatly appreciated! Thanks : )

Missed Periods , Hair Growth, Acne?

You need to see a doctor. You have symptoms of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Something very similar happened to me. It is treatable with medication and symptoms greatly improve (acne, PMC, hair growth) with treatment. PCOS also causes other types of issues with glucose intolerance and insulin management. Go to your gynocologist. If you have a gynocologist who is also an endocrinolgist, even better.

Missed Periods , Hair Growth, Acne?

Have you had your thyroid scanned?

Missed Periods , Hair Growth, Acne?

these are signs of anerexia, i don't know if u are or it is something else. don't worry about your weight u probably look fine

Missed Periods , Hair Growth, Acne?

You need to find a different doctor. You could have a thyroid problem. This diffenantly needs to be delt with. If your doctor won't take you seriously you need to keep trying until you find a doctor who will search for a cure. It could also be a hormone imbalance. Good luck.

Missed Periods , Hair Growth, Acne?

PCOS is a possibility, but it's not uncommon for girls with naturally high levels of testosterone to have all those symptoms.

Go back to the doctor and ask him to run tests for free testosterone levels and estrogen levels. Ask about PCOS in particular.

He may not be keen to do too much at 19. Or he may simply suggest birth control pills to up your estrogen levels so that the testosterone will be kept better under control and the beard growth slowed down.

It sounds like you have PCOS. Those are a lot of the symptoms. Check out the link below for more information and go see your doctor. S/he can help you!

Need information about hair modeling!?

I wanting to become a hair model. I need information about what all I'll do doing. I know they'll cut my hair, dye it, etc... Does anyone know a website I can look at or can tell me some info about it. Anything will be a big help!!

Need information about hair modeling!?

I work for TIGI and all I can tell you is that there are usually open model calls whenever there is a hair show coming to your area. They will be listed in your local paper or you do a search online. Usually we look for someone that is willing to let us do whatever we want but we can work with you somewhat. Usually you would be getting color and cut done for free but you normally would not be paid unless you were a professional model traveling with the artistic team. You'll usually get free products. You'll be there all day from about 7 am till 5-6 pm. SO anyway, its lots of fun but you're not going to make money doing it.

Hope this helps.

Need information about hair modeling!?

I've done modeling for the local hair school before. Basically, they use you to practice on after they have learned the techniques in class. You get the services for free and they get credit for having LIVE bodies to work on. It's kinda neat if you don't mind a new hair cut, color, highlight etc and can endure a few mistakes here and there. The school teachers are there to "fix" anything that goes wrong, but some things just need time to grow out. I didn't have any negatives I couldn't live with. Just remember they are interns and not professionals . . .yet.

Lifeless hair problem.?

I normal hair is on the dry side, however been couple weeks where I feel like it's a big pot of mud sitting on my head. Sticky, even thought I don't use any gel, moss, or anything else. Suggestion?

Lifeless hair problem.?

It sounds like you may have buildup from the shampoo and/or conditioner that you have been using. Neutrogena makes a shampoo for this purpose. I can't remember the name but it has been around for years if that helps any. You use it for 2 weeks and your hair will go back to the way you want it. You can return to your regular shampoo and conditioner.

edit: Neutrogena Anti-Residue shampoo

I have used it before and have gotten great results.

Lifeless hair problem.?

Rosemary %26amp; Vinegar Hair Rinse

Use this rinse on your hair instead of conditioner after you shampoo if you are tired of experiencing the buildup some conditioners leave on your hair. This rinse is also great for a clarifying treatment when you enjoy the extra moisture conditioners leave in your hair, but know that your hair can use a breath from daily shower conditioning, leave-in conditioning, and hair products used to keep the hair in place. A vinegar rinse is also great for incredibly shiny hair. The rosemary stimulates the scalp to promote hair growth, and is great for thinning or brittle hair.

Chop 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary and place it in a jar. Fill the jar with apple cider vinegar, and store it in a cool dark place for about a week. Shake the jar vigorously once a day for the entire week to fully disperse the rosemary. After a week, strain the liquid and discard of the rosemary. Return the liquid to the jar. This is your rosemary and vinegar rinse solution.

When ready to use this rinse, take 1/3 cup of solution and dilute it with 3 cups of warm water. Rub into freshly shampooed, damp hair and scalp (keep this mixture out of your eyes). Rinse thoroughly, dry, and style as usual.

Hair Therapy

Make a rosemary and sage tea to help boost the shine of your dark hair. Use two tea bags of each and steep in hot water until cool. Strain, and apply this rinse to your hair after you shampoo. You can use rosemary and sage by themselves for the same effect. If you have light hair and want to get an herbal boost, use chamomile or yarrow tea or try the combination.

Avocado

Just applying a peeled slice of avocado under each eye for 20 minutes gradually reduces redness, irritation and puffiness閳?all without any hassles or spending big money! Used alone as a facial mask, avocado works wonders. By mashing half of an avocado, applying it to your face, and rinsing after 15 minutes will leave your skin feeling soft and refreshed. Oily skin types can refine this traditional facial mask recipe by combining half of an avocado, one egg white, and one teaspoon of lemon juice and applying to the face. For best results, let the mixture sit for 20 minutes before rinsing. This fruit isn閳ユ獩 just limited to the skin - avocado works well when it comes to hair treatments as well. To spruce up your tresses, mash and combine one avocado, 闄?teaspoon of olive oil, and one egg yolk. Apply this mixture to dry hair and leave it on for 30 minutes. Afterwards, rinse and shampoo and condition as usual. Your hair will come out shiny, silky, and soft.

Would this hair idea work?

i have african american hair, and it is 100% natural. that means i dont have a perm or anything. i've been thinking of some cute styles but im not sure if they'd work. the first style i was thinking was that i would get a straightener (tourmaline ceramic so little to no damage, plus using heat protectant cream), straighten my whole head, and then braid it into two big braids, then wake up the next morning and take the braids out. it would be wavy kinda like this right? http://z.about.com/d/beauty/1/0/8/H/curl... and then if i went to sleep with it wavy like that and then woke up and brushed it out really good with a brush like this http://www.cachebeauty.com/Isinis_brush_... it would straighten back out a bit right?

Would this hair idea work?

It's called a braid out. You can also achieve this without making your hair straight also. It won't look like the picture, but you'll have similar results but not as straight. Be careful with heat, it can cause damage.

Would this hair idea work?

sorry to burst your bubble, but the first one wont work no matter your hair type. Your hair doesn't get hot enough for it to make it wavey using braids when you get out of the shower, towel dry your hair, and put it in braids when it is still damp and go to bed with them in, then in the morning they will be wavey.

I just Dyed my hair and i have a BIG problem! please read and if posssible answer my questions.?

Okay well last night i dyed my hair drak brown and it did come out DARK brown bu the problem is that the sorta blonde hair i had before have showed up in my dark brown hair as patches around my head....so should i re-dye my hair with the same color to remove the blonde patches....will it make my hair DARKER? or should i go see a stylist and have them remove the patches and dye my hair a shade lighter cuz for me its a little too dark....yikes i need help!!!!

I just Dyed my hair and i have a BIG problem! please read and if posssible answer my questions.?

is this a permenat dye?

i suggest you keep your hair up for awhile and wash your hsir often with lots of shampoo, conditioner, etc...

if it doesnt work, definately go to the salon

I just Dyed my hair and i have a BIG problem! please read and if posssible answer my questions.?

The only logical answer here is to go see a stylist so that they can strip the lod dye out of your hair and re-dye it. I wouldn't mess with box dyeinf it again it would just turn out to be a mess. Good Luck I hope it goes well!

I just Dyed my hair and i have a BIG problem! please read and if posssible answer my questions.?

I would see professional help you are just going to make it worse...

I just Dyed my hair and i have a BIG problem! please read and if posssible answer my questions.?

When you are attempting to go from a lighter color to a darker color, it truly is best to do it with the assistance from a professional. I dye my own hair, but whenever I have gone from a lighter to a darker, I've trusted my hair to a professional. If you don't you can tend to have the patches that you got, or you can really have a bright "halo" around the scalp.....so got and have a professional do it....from that point, you should be okay to do it on your own.

I just Dyed my hair and i have a BIG problem! please read and if posssible answer my questions.?

A similar thing happened to me. I had blondish brown hair with highlights in it and i decided i didnt want them any more so i went to the hair dresser and got my hair dyed 1/2 a shade darker than my natural color with a semi permanent color. My highlights came back through though so i went back to her and she died my har 1 shade darker than my natural color with a semi permanent color. It was dark, but the high lights went away and after about 2 weeks my hair started gettting lighter. I hope that helped

I just Dyed my hair and i have a BIG problem! please read and if posssible answer my questions.?

NO! If you do it yourself you may mess up! Go to a proffesional and have her fix it. Explain to her what you did in the first place and ask her what she could do.

I just Dyed my hair and i have a BIG problem! please read and if posssible answer my questions.?

This happens to me a lot. I dye my hair from brown to black and it tends to happen. Darker hair colors tend to fade faster than any other hair colors, therefore these spots will show up. Also, while dying your hair it is really hard to tell if you have covered these spots or not. I would go to your hairstylist and get it redyed. They will be able to do it for you.

I just Dyed my hair and i have a BIG problem! please read and if posssible answer my questions.?

my friend did that to me three days b4 my formal (prom) and ended up having to go to the hairdressers to get it fixed. They will want to put a filler in the blonde patches and correct it. You may have to go back several times depending on how bad your hair is (mine was dalmation, looked cool but not for me) but i only saw her twice to get my hair fixed.

so i would recomend you see the haordresser/stylist and get them to fix it as they have a better angle to work on and they know how to fix it

My sister just pullled a really big chunk of her hair. she's been using glue to spike it up?

Should I be concerned? is she sick? should I take her outside with my smith and wesson and.. y'know... do... the deed?

My sister just pullled a really big chunk of her hair. she's been using glue to spike it up?

are you for real or just inbred?

My sister just pullled a really big chunk of her hair. she's been using glue to spike it up?

How did she pull her hair out?! I think that spiking your hair period is from the 80's but with GLUE!! You should grab the Desert Eagle and take her outside! GLUE?!!

My sister just pullled a really big chunk of her hair. she's been using glue to spike it up?

GLUE?? Why is she using glue on her hair. I dont think anything normal will happen if your putting glue on your hair. Pull her out of the 80's before its too late.

My sister just pullled a really big chunk of her hair. she's been using glue to spike it up?

Tell her to stop using glue and get some Got2B Hair Glue. It works well for spiking and is somewhat water-resistent.

My sister just pullled a really big chunk of her hair. she's been using glue to spike it up?

glue?!?! are you for serious???!!! omg has she ever heard of gel!!! ugh i cant imagine putting glue in my hair!!!ewwwww

What is the difference in prenatal vitamins and hair growth vitamins?

awhile back i started taken hair growth vitamins and i saw a result in 1 yr but later i saw someone said if u take prenatal it will make your hair grow n it did...i saw a result in 1 month what a big difference....but i was wondering how and y does this happen i would really love to grow my hair back to it longest but more...thank you

What is the difference in prenatal vitamins and hair growth vitamins?

Vitamins are vitamins. As long as you take enough, they will work. They are just given different names by companies to help sell the product.

What is the difference in prenatal vitamins and hair growth vitamins?

Nothing. Expect the prenantal one usually might have more folic acid, because that is what pregnant women need for their baby.

And 'hair growth' vitamins usually has some extra Biotin that is not needed...

Need help with wedding hair?

i'm getting married may 10th and i need a wedding hair styles to go with my dress which i have posted the only difference is my dress has a tie up back i have a tiara but no veil

please help!!!!!!

http://idealebridal.com/collections/big/...

Need help with wedding hair?

Not sure how long/short your hair is so giving a good suggestion is kind of hard. I would keep it soft and romantic for sure. Curls if your hair is long - 1/2 up, 1/2 down. If wearing it up make sure it isn't scraped tight and flat against your head.

If it's short, still get some curls in to it since the lace and fabric make this a romantic gown and anything 'severe' will ruin the look.

With a dress that delicate, and beautiful...you should definetly go with some curls and pin the top/front portion of you hair back. That will allow your tiara to be seen better that having it all down and parted. You will be stunning in that dress!

How do I do my hair for a fairy costume?

Ok for Halloween I'm going to be a fairy. my dress is red and I have VERY big wings that are silver I want something that's pretty but also wild I have medium hair that's in layers. I was thinking of curling it. but when I curl my hair usually it looks very formal. help me?

How do I do my hair for a fairy costume?

curl your hair, then run your fingers through it and make it kinda messey. try to make it as thick and volumized you can. then wrap 3 ribbons around your head, like a seperated headband. good luck!!!

I would curl it and spray sparkle hair spray in it, so it doesn't look formal.

How do I do my hair for a fairy costume?

Put your hair into a messy bun and leave several spiral-curled strands around the neck and face. To finish, you can wrap a white or black long ribbon a couple times around the base of your head.

How do I do my hair for a fairy costume?

You could have your hair :

Curly

Platted

Pigtails.

How do I do my hair for a fairy costume?

I don't think the style of your hair is so important as what you put on it--sparkles, shiny ribbons and a glittery tiara, headband or crown.

How do I do my hair for a fairy costume?

Curl it and let it look formal. The overall look won't be formal with your dress on. Also wear a Tiara or some sort of a pretty hairband to go with the dress.

If you don't want to curl it, wash your hair but do not brush or comb it. Just use your fingers to style. Also, crumple the ends with your fingers. It will give a naturally wavy look after it dries a bit.

How do I style my unruly, frizzy, tangly hair?

I'm fifteen, and I hate my hair! I'm white, and it's not like an afro, but close. If I don't blow dry it after I wash it, it gets twice as big as my head. If I blow dry it causually, it gets even more frizzy. I have to tediously blow dry it with the brush and stuff. I don't know how to do that, so I have to depend on my mother, when she is free, which is never. I usually pull my hair into a tight bun and hold the front with lots of clips. But I'm sick of looking like somebody's grandma! I want a new hairstyle that allows me to look good with my...for lack of a better word...hair...looks more like a sheep's hide to me...I hate my hair so much...please, please help me...I'll take anything you have to offer...I hate life because of my hair.

How do I style my unruly, frizzy, tangly hair?

Applying a leave in conditioner will often help tame your frizz, without weighing it down too much or leaving it feeling greasy. Some suggested leave in conditioners: Aveda Brilliant Damage Control, Bumble and bumble leave in conditioner with frizz control, or Aussie Hair Insurance. A great product for air drying your hair is Aveda Brilliant Pomades- they come with a humectant for letting your hair dry curly, or anti-humectant if you want your hair to hang straight.

If you want your hair curly (scrunched):

If you're going to blow dry your hair and you want it curly, use a diffuser on the end of your blowdryer. Flip your head over and scruch your hair, but not too much. Dry until your hair is almost dry, and then let air dry the last bit. This prevents frizziness. Use a mousse or pomade for this.

If you want it straight:

If you want to blow dry your hair and you want it straight, use a product that helps with this - Avedea Brilliant Anti-Humectant Pomade is a good one for this. Use a big round brush and blow dry your hair in sections, following the brush down through your hair. Don't use a diffuser attachement on your hair dryer for this. If you have frizzy hair, this usually makes your hair even more frizzy, so its best to always follow up by flat ironing your hair, and then locking it in with a spray shine.

How do I style my unruly, frizzy, tangly hair?

- Read the book and visit the sites below about curly hair. I did and my once horrible curly hair is now virtually frizz-free ringlets. Now I get compliments on my hair all the time! Straighten your hair- be happy for a day, learn to manage your curly hair- be happy for life!

- To style your hair using the curly-girl method you will need gel, a leave in cream, and conditioner at the minimum. Some less useful, but still nice stuff would be a blowdryer, a diffuser (reduces frizz in curly/wavy hair when used with dryer), and a microfiber hair turban (to dry wet hair while sleeping or in the morning).

-The main philosophy of the curly-girl method is to not use shampoo. This may sound unhygenic but it has actually made my hair less oily and dandruffy. Most shampoos contain some of the same chemicals found in laundry detergent (aka sodium laureth sulfate or anything close to that). They dry out curly hair. Also you shouldn't brush your curly hair dry because it damages the hair and makes it poof.

- Massaging of the scalp with conditioner to remove dirt is all that is needed. It will clean everything but super clingy silicones (cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone are examples). Then rinse and spread conditioner on the outside layer of hair and the hair at the nape of your neck. Gently comb tangles out with your fingers or a wide toothed comb and rinse with cold/cool water.

- Do not brush/comb your hair after this point because it wil disturb the curl pattern (make sure you already have a part). It is also important to use gel on sopping wet hair and scrunch the hair with your fingers. Make sure gel is distributed everywhere in your hair. If you use too much you can always scrunch out the crunchy texture later.

- Use paper towels or an old t-shirt to gently scrunch some of the water out (generic towels can make hair frizz). Then let your hair air dry or wait ten minutes and then use a blowdryer with a diffuser. Do not touch the hair while it is air drying or it will frizz!

- Use a moisturizing conditioner, such as Desert Essence Organics Italian Red Grape Conditioner (found at health food/organic stores). The combo of products that I use daily is L'Oreal Out of Bed Weightless Texturizer (comes in a black-colored tub) and then Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Gel but there are more conditioners, gels, etc. on the websites.

- I advise against thinning because it will make your ends ratty. Your hair may seem worse at first, but it is just adjusting. This may take 2 to 4 weeks to begin working. I suggest doing a final cleanse with shampoo and stopping the use of any products with silicone in them before, if you decide to no-poo. Hope this helps!

Hair emergency!! Help please!?

ok my hair is curly just in front and the rest is wavy!

what can i do with it?

i straighten it but once in a while because i dont want to ruin my hair?

when i curl it it looks good when wet but then whem it dries its just a big poof.

Hair emergency!! Help please!?

While your hair is still wet, use scrunching mousse and a little hairspray. Then, once your hair is mainly dry, spray on plenty of special curling hairspray (Suave is my favorite). For more curly curls, use more hairspray. Also, for those bad hair days when you just don't want to wet your hair, staighten your hair a little to make it all wavy and put in messy bun or ponytail. Hope I helped!

Hair emergency!! Help please!?

Try putting mousse all over your hair when its wet. Use mousse especially for curls, such as Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Extra Hold Mousse. I use it and my curly hair looks great!

Hair emergency!! Help please!?

straighten ur hairr and then put it in a ponytail

My daughter's hair?..........?

My daughter just threw a sleepover at our house with 4 friends. Somehow, my friend got in a big fight with one of her friends but they never made up. Anyways, when it was time for bed, The gurl that was fighting with my daughter knew that it took a LONG time for my daughter's hair to grow so for revenge, she went and cut my daughter's bangs!!!!!

i had a talk wiv this young lady's mother but the lady did not care she just said "they are kids and get used to it" GET USED TO IT? but the question is, is there ANYTHING i can do wiv my daughters hair to make it look nice????

i don't care if i cut it some more i just want it looking decent. her bangs are split into 2 parts and one is like 1 cm above her forhead and the other half is like to her eyebrow! anything i can do BESIDES cutting it all one length.

and taking her to a salon is not a choice cause i have no way of getting to a near salon.

My daughter's hair?..........?

Use a bobby pin. bobby pin it up all the time the whole time until the rest grows back. Yeah her forehead will show but better than uneven bangs. or you can pin it and part it to one side of her forehead.

My daughter's hair?..........?

cut the other side where she is reglar lower?? make them equal cut rest off

My daughter's hair?..........?

Oh my gosh! How dare that little girl cut her bangs!!! Unforunately, there is almost nothing you can do with her hair to fix it. If you straigten her hair, it might look somewhat better.

My daughter's hair?..........?

well, i would give her side bangs with the rest of the bags she has. other wise have her wear a headband back until she grows her bangs back.

here is a pic of the headband thing:

http://securesales.thewigmall.com/Mercha...

My daughter's hair?..........?

What your daughter should do is get a side bang. It's in style now and just shave the other part off or somethin' !!

My daughter's hair?..........?

cut the bangs so that they are even then take like a bobby pin or something and pin them back on the top of her forehead until they grow out.

that little girls mom is a b**** ugh i would be so mad!!!

im sorry for your daughters hair.

My daughter's hair?..........?

i wish i knew how much bang...i mean width from hairline to crown...you could make the bang thicker by going back from hairline to crown about inch and half and make the bang as long as the longest at eyebrow...she could then straighten ti downwards to appear as the bang...the smaller 1cm pieces with pomade or thicker wax could be tamed down and combed into longer pieces until they eventually grow out....i'm so sorry to hear that a so called friend could be so vicious...not a friend if you ask me...good luck and i hope this works for you....

How can I make my bright orange roots the same color as the rest of my hair???? HELP!!!!?

I'm the biggest retard for trying to do my hair by myself at home. I "tried" to highlight it yesterday myself with an Herbal Essence kit and it turned out terribly with bright yellowy chunks all over my head. Then today I dyed it a nuetral blonde. The color came out great everywhere but my roots and my highlights which ended up turning into a bright orange!! So I went back out and bought a dark brown shade, hoping to cover the orange roots. Now it's even worse! my roots are a darker orange while the rest of my hair is almost black! Please help!! What can I do to fix this??? Dye it again??? I really would like it to be a dark blonde if possible, with my roots being the same color as the rest of my hair. Any help would be very much appriciated!!!! Thanks!!!!

How can I make my bright orange roots the same color as the rest of my hair???? HELP!!!!?

The first thing you need to do is stop putting more stuff on your hair. You need to go to a professional who has done longer than a day or two and preferably a color specialist. Everything that is already on your hair, including your own natural hair color contributes to the color you put on. The only way you are going to get dark blond is to remove the color and tone. Do not attempt this at home. Very bad idea. I charge double and sometimes more for corrective color and the more you do to it at home, the harder it's going to be for a colorist to fix it. Most reputable salons give complimentary consultations so call a salon in your area with a good reputation and make an appointment for a consultation. They will look at your hair, assess it's condition, and discuss with you what can be done and how much it will cost. You can decide by the consultation if you trust the stylist enough to set up an appt. for the corrective service. If you don't, say "thanks, I'll check my schedule and call later for an appt." and move on to the next salon for another free consultation. Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions and discuss your budget openly. Good luck.

How can I make my bright orange roots the same color as the rest of my hair???? HELP!!!!?

You need to use the sunsilk colour shine system vibrant burgundy avail it on stores!

How can I make my bright orange roots the same color as the rest of my hair???? HELP!!!!?

I would recommend going to a professional colorist and having them strip all the color out of your hair and then reapplying the color you want. My mother always told me to never dye my hair myself...that advice has worked for me for 40 years...no matter how broke I am I will not break down and do it myself. Consider this a lesson well learned! Poor thing...

How can I make my bright orange roots the same color as the rest of my hair???? HELP!!!!?

The brand "Nice N Easy" is supposed to have that color-matching formula, so that should make it look a bit better. If that doesn't work, you may have to go to a hair salon. One color is really not that much, probably about forty dollars, depending on where you go. And from now on, let someone else do the highlighting at home kits. Then you'll be able to tell if your hair is done or not.

How can I make my bright orange roots the same color as the rest of my hair???? HELP!!!!?

i know its hard but u have to wait a while to die your hair cuz you could permantly ruin your hair. i know this happened to me but wait a week or 2 then get the Loreal 2 in 1 kit that is natural for your hair. it is regular dye and highlights to put on later. it worked for me i hope for u 2

How can I make my bright orange roots the same color as the rest of my hair???? HELP!!!!?

hi,

please don't put anything else on your hair. once your hair has grabbed a color to a black stage, its time for a professional to fix all this. if your new growth (roots) is orange, it has already been lifted in color... you risk your hair breaking right there if you put anything else on it that has "lift" in it. ie, color stripper or bleach.

for what you paid for all these products, you could have had your hair colored professionally. please, make an appointment!

good luck!

How can I make my bright orange roots the same color as the rest of my hair???? HELP!!!!?

quit messing with your hair ..... or it will fall out! give it time to grow in %26amp; next time get it done by a professional - or at least go to Sally's and buy your color and they will help you figure out how to fix it.......

Hair, Makeup and clothing!?!?!?!?!?!?

I need a new hair-do for me, and major makeup help.

I have medium brown hair, its medium length and I have side bangs. my side bangs are straight or wavy most of the time, also thin, and short. I would like to keep the side bangs, I just want to do somethig else with them. my face is oval/round and kind of pudgy. My eyes are thin, their also hazel. I have thin lips and nose. my skin tone is fair. I'm also going into grade 7. I want to be popular.

I have a small pudgy body. my bra size is AA34

I have big thighs and my feet size is 2,3,4,5. I'm 95 pounds. But I exercise and I'm losing weight. I also don't like to shop at places like Hollister or Abercrombie and fitch. those places are just to expencive.

Hair, Makeup and clothing!?!?!?!?!?!?

i say...for you... to definately keep the side bangs but i would cut your hair to like right above your shoulders and have some long layers. no highlights though! i would stick to some not so tight fiting clothing for your upper body, and as far as pants go, i would wear like dark denim (( if you r gonna wear jeans )) but not so tight around the thighs especialy if you have wide thighs because the jeans will rub you badly if they are too tight there! makeup: stick to the golden brown or dark brown eyeshadow and a light blue eyeliner. be careful to not put much eyeliner on though! maybe a light pink blush would look nice too! but not too much of that either! i really hope this helped!

Hair, Makeup and clothing!?!?!?!?!?!?

I don't think you can have 4 shoe sizes..

Hair, Makeup and clothing!?!?!?!?!?!?

If you go to the back of Hollister and Abercrombie their sales are pretty good. My friend has the same bra problem. Go to Victoria Secrets and get a push up bra. They have ladies in the back that will mesausre you just make sure your size. Who knows you could be an 34A.

Have fun in seventh grade =]!

Help!!! make up tips for brown skinned, big eyed face?

i have brown skin, big dark-brown eyes. my face is oval, but it looks too full if i wear my hair back. i have black, curly shoulder-length hair. what kind of make up should i wear that makes me look naturally good, not over made up that is. also, how should i wear my hair?

Help!!! make up tips for brown skinned, big eyed face?

I also have a full round face, large eyes (lighter brown/hazel), and full lips. Although my hair is all the way down my back. I would suggest using brown eyeliner to define your eyes, only going on the corners. I am also expirementing with 'natural' looking make up that doesn't look overly made up! Try using brown eyeliner like I suggested only using it on the bottom and top corner of your eyes to define but not totally outline your whole eye. If you get a light enough color you might be able to define your whole eye lightly(but enough to add demention). Also gold or light browns and cremes will really help your eye have depth. Try a light creme or light purple on your eyelid and in the center put a "darker" gold or brown and blend in GENTLY. That way it starts really light and gets darker. This will really help your eyes, trust me and almost make them POP. You can go extreme with this look with darker colors and black eyeliner, but for a more natural look you should use brown. If your eyes are real dark you may want black anyway to even show up, but only if they're really dark. Make sure you get colors that match your skin tone, you'll be a better judge of that than me... 'cause i can't see you! I am best in fall/summer colors and some spring colors as well. I am part hispanic so I have some of their trates...

Almost forget, your hair....

You should try wearing it half up so you still have some in your face yet it's out of your face as well. I have long hair and I have tried almost every hair do in the book... It's hard to think of stuff to do with your hair that's different. Also try putting a little up on each side with a little hair clip or barrette. Have you tried a headband? You can still part your hair and everything, I usually push the bangs a little bit around to have volume after the headband but it really gives you another hairdo... Also, what about a low pony tail?? If your face is 'too full' as you say maybe giving your self some bangs might help. If you are like me and hate bangs, try getting them cut to part 'on the side' and only cut them as short as your upper lip and that way you can still 'tuck them back' when necessary....

Hope this helps!

Help!!! make up tips for brown skinned, big eyed face?

You should wear your hair scrunched (if it isn't that curly already) Wear curlers or something to bed. Kind of like Oprah-styled hair so that way your face won't look too full but you'll have great hair to go with it!

Help!!! make up tips for brown skinned, big eyed face?

Try the interactive color selector on my website. You can see several combinations of colors for your complexion.

Help!!! make up tips for brown skinned, big eyed face?

Try going to a MAC Counter and they will be able to give you free tips on what looks good on you. I tried everything from Black Opal- Mary Kay- Fashion Fair and I always looked "made up" when I started wearing MAC Makeup, I started hearing that my skin was flawless. Little did they know, I was wearing Makeup. I wear the foundation with one of their natural lip glosses and it looks so natural. Good Luck !

Help!!! make up tips for brown skinned, big eyed face?

for your eyes: on ur eyelid put some foundation and then take some lipstick and gently stroke the color on the lid then use ur finger to combine the foundation and lipstick together it comes out very good. ur hair u should try to straighen ur hair and then add a few culrs here and there. soft colors will look good on you. lips: light pinks, stay away from reds and browns. blush: light pink or even a reddish/plum. stay away from draks such as browns. make sure ur foundation matches u the best meaning the color blends in very smoothly.

hope this helps..

oh yeah for your eyes: after you combine the foundation and lipstick take some concealer and apply it to the area above the lid and below the eyebrow there once again take a light lipstick this time do the same thing. also i think u should go with a soft eyeliner like a brown or blue for everyday . and blcak for evenig or more dramatic look.

if ur face is not too brown more like a tan then u should probably just use some bronser on ur lid and lighe creme on the area abovve the lid but before the eye brow. and use eyeliner on bottom for a dramatic look use a matching mascara

Right hair color/makeover ?

I know this is tough but ... imagine a middle eastern man with a big round face. skin color is light brown. I need to do a new hairdo with gel %26amp; spiky hair. But what color highlights would look hot - "brownish blonde" or "brownish blonde + red" or something else ?

Right hair color/makeover ?

Streaks of dark brown would suit him quite well. if you mix an already light brown with blonde, there isnt much color contrast and wouldnt really give him a new look.

Waving hair?

okay.

i want to wave my hair.

but my hair is pretty curly.

but i dont like it that way.

that is why i want it to have big waves.

so is there any products i can use?

or appliances?

Waving hair?

no

How should I wear my hair for the first day of 7th grade?

I have auburn brown hair with golden highlights. It's an in. past the shoulder. I have a round face, brown eyes, and bright lips. I have a some-what big forhead (that i call a fivehead cuz i can fit 5fingers of my on it! it fits my face tho)

I like to be unique and i HATE the everyday down hair and pony tail. I want to have my hair up but not something a lot ofpeople might have. I will also have bangs hangingout. How should I wear my hair for the first day of 7th grade?

How should I wear my hair for the first day of 7th grade?

omg! i have the same problem as u....BIG FOREHEAD....and just like u i like to keep some bangs hanging down.....i sometimes like to curl it (not like too too much) just sorta wavy and put it in a half pony tail...(doesnt look too tom-boyish) maybe even let ur bangs even on each side and put low piggy tails......maybe even put bangs on one side and put ur hair up in a bun type and leave some sticking up....sorta like the bird i forgot what it is called it is like blueish and like it starts with like a "p"......btw......dont try the little poof thing on the top of ur head (when it is sorta in a half pony tail and then sorta "poofed" up....i tried that once and all it did was bring out my big forehead

How should I wear my hair for the first day of 7th grade?

try half up half down witha cute clip or in a bun

How should I wear my hair for the first day of 7th grade?

I think you should put you hair up in a clippie, and then sweep your bangs to the side. =D

How should I wear my hair for the first day of 7th grade?

try the hairstyle i have in my pick but instead a ponytail keep it down

How should I wear my hair for the first day of 7th grade?

do something simple, yet unique...like...

if your going to have bangs, then get side bangs, and pull your hair up in a pony tail, with the bangs to the side, and, if your hair is straight, then get it curled, so your ponytail will be curly and bouncyyy.

How should I wear my hair for the first day of 7th grade?

my neice is the same way as you and she put her pony tail allmost to the top of her head so that the part that came down went on the sides and back of her head

or you could braid it half way back then leave the rest down or corn rolls are good two

Avrils hair?

i love how avril did her hair, pink and blonde, but how do i do that? my cousins a big fan of hers and i want to make her jealious, its a thing we do for fun, but how do i do it like hers? and where can i get the dye? and how do i dye it? i don't want to get it permenet, how long would the wash out kind work for?

Avrils hair?

Hey! ok the wash out you can buy to work for one day, or a week. So which ever you want! You can find it a wal-mart or maybe your salon will it! I think her hair is adorable! have fun!

Avrils hair?

her hair is lightened blonde and she probably uses a pink dye like manic panic. you can get all that stuff at a beauty supply store. i would suggest getting your hair done blonde at the salon, and then you can do the pink yourself since most salons dont do those kind of colors. if you never bleached or dyed before i wouldnt suggest doing the blonde yourself, it can pose a lot of problems. manic panic is really easy though you dont have to mix anything, its pretty much apply, wash out and its done. its also not very damaging on your hair. the pink is semi-permanent and fades the more you wash.

Avrils hair?

Your blonde I take it, no? Well if you are, you can lighten your hair a tad to get a brighter blonde and then put in a pink streak. Another option is fake extensions. Here, in the mall, at master cut's they only cost $11 for one, and they're human hair so you cna do anything to them(wash, dry cut, etc). Another option for the streak is hair mascara. You cna buy it most anywhere and it'll come out right away. I'd be careful about temorary dyes, espcially if you lighten your hair, because it might not come out.

Hair 101!!! heeelp!!! emergencyy!?

hi there !!

here are my symptoms

- dry and a little brittle

- between wavy and straight

- greasy roots

- frizzy

- when i comb it when it is wet, it dries and becomes one big sponge....

-when i comb it when it is dry everything gets worse

heres what i want

- curled (the most curled)

- moisturized

- frizz free (really important)

oh! and im thinking about buying a curling iron... if you can tell me the pros and cons about it

also if you could tell me what to do to prevent the hair from total damage after using the iron

thanks for all your answers

Hair 101!!! heeelp!!! emergencyy!?

Hey hun, your hair sounds exactly like mine! Here's what you can try:

-Use a shampoo for oily scalps, but a conditioner for dry hair (something like Tresseme works great-the conditioner is nice and intense)

-Try a weekly hair treatment. It doesnt take long and makes a huge difference to the hair (Tigi hair mask is great, or less affordable but amazing - Kerastase Masquintense)

-Use a Leave in moisturiser after EvErY wash (such as KMS Moistrepair) it'll help calm frizzies. And For after styling, try KMS Silksheen and a natural hold hairspray - you'll hardly feel them in the hair, and they work wonders.

-If you buy a curling iron, be sure to get one that's ceramic or teflon plated. BabyLiss tongs are superb...but if you want to wear you hair straight sometimes too, you can't go past GHD irons, which do both. Always use a thermal protector sprayed into wet hair, along with your leave in conditioner, for added protection. I recommend De Lorenzo Extinguish-there are many more on the market

If you can do even some of these things, you'll have luscious salon hair in no time. Good luck girl :)

Hair 101!!! heeelp!!! emergencyy!?

You should probably try a deep hair treatment. .It sounds like your hair is overprocessed. There are tons of hot oil treatments that you can get for your hair. You leave it in for 30-45 minutes and then rinish out. Hopefully, that will provide some improvement.

Good LUCK!

Hair 101!!! heeelp!!! emergencyy!?

Get hairapy !

Hair 101!!! heeelp!!! emergencyy!?

Neutrogena Triple Moisture

Hair 101!!! heeelp!!! emergencyy!?

try the enfusium 23 leave in conditioner- it works great-- and use a heat protectant before blowdrying.

good luck

Hair 101!!! heeelp!!! emergencyy!?

okay, first of all, go to a salon and get a 'cholesterol treatment' for your scalp/roots. initially it will make your roots more greasy, but it will moisturize your scalp so that it doesn't dry out and get flaky.(this should be done 1-3 times a year)

next you should make a mixture of 2 parts olive oil to 1 part honey. put this on the dry/brittle sections of your hair. make sure the mixture is hot, and that you wash it out after 20 minutes.(this should be done every other week)

as far as shampoo, i like Sunsilk De-Frizz. And I use a John frieda conditioner.

In order to solve your brushing issues, i would half blow dry your hair. after you get out of the shower run the dryer over it to get most of the moisture out. then use a straightening serum or a curling cream depending on the look you want.

if you are going to style your hair make sure to dry it all the way.

revlons 3/4 inch barrel iron works really well.

Hair 101!!! heeelp!!! emergencyy!?

I bet if you go to a store or a hair salon, they will have some type of hair product that will help care for damaged hair which will help the dryness. I got this ion hair care stuff that works well. For the frizz... I have the same problem. They make many hair sprays that will help that but if you get a curling iron, the heat to curl your hair definitely helps the frizz (or at least for me). And about the curling iron... Many people say that it will damage your hair because of the heat but you can find sprays and gels that will protect your hair, although the heat does not damage as bad as some people think. Herbal essences has a shampoo that moisturizes your hair called Hello Hydration and it improves your hair's health some. These are just a few suggestions that might help. Good luck with your hair and don't worry too much because I know how you feel!

Hair 101!!! heeelp!!! emergencyy!?

1. you should get shampoo and conditioner from the Paul Mitchell line of hair products. they make my hair feel like silk.

2. Squirt some straightening products and an anti-frizz cream into your palm and rub it in your hair when its damp to get your hair to be a blank canvas when its dry. You may also want to buy some leave in conditioner. This will keep your hair from being damaged by the hair dryer and the curling iron. Put it in your hair when your hair is damp.

3.Blow dry your hair with a round brush [if u know how, if not just blow dry it with a regular brush] use an ionic hairdryer to get it smooth!

4. buy a medium size curling iron with a one inch barrel and curl your hair.

5. after your hair is curled to your satisfaction, there may still be some frizzies sticking up on the top. buy some good hairspray and spray it on the top of your hair and smooth it down with your hand.

I know that sounds like a lot of work, but its really not. Make sure u have.

Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner

anti-frizz cream

straightening moose

leave in conditioner [i like bed head ego boost]

an ionic hair dryer

a 1 inch curling iron

exsta hold hairspray

a big roundbrush [optional]

and a straightener [optional] just incase your hair is not straight after u blow dry it.

good luck! this takes me about an hour

i hope that made sense

Hair style?

My hair is crazily curly, and hardly controlable so I straighten it. But I want to be able to do is have just a few big, loose curls at the bottoms. Herein lies the problem: I can't just curl it because I don't want all of it curled, just some waves at the bottom. but if I straighten it before i curl it, the curl won't hold and it just falls out back to straight. Is there any way that i could get the top smooth and straight, wihout then losing the curls at the bottom?

Hair style?

You can have the look you desire. wash and blow dry the parts of your hair that you want smooth and straight until you get to the ends-leave them wet and to dry on their own, then either use a small round brush at the bottom by rolling the hair up on the round brush and blow it dry with the brush in place. You will get plenty of curl-if you still want more use the curling iron.

Hair style?

get a hair straightener and grab hold of it on the bottom, then twist it for 5 minutes a part, it will take a while, but it is worth it

then put it in 1 braid and sleep with it

trust me, it'll work

This might help:

straighten all of your hair then get the bottom wet and scrunch mousse into the wet parts to make it more curly, then air dry.

I have Long, think, wavy, red hair. No bangs. I am going to donate my long locks to Locks of Love. But I need help finding a new look for me. I am short, i have a round have and people refer to my skin tone as that of Casper's (yes the friendly ghost) I have a big forehead and i just need help. Never have i been able to pick the right look for me. My boyfriend is sad to say goodbye to the long locks (he loves them a lot) but with summer coming and with the constant work this hair needs i need it gone. please someone help me! I just want something new. I have never had my hair cut to my "style" always been long and trimmed up. but now i need help. I am not wanting to go to short or anything i just want something that is nice and polished. i would love the feed back from a pro and help from the locals on where to go to get the locks cut. please anything that you can offer would be great! thanks so much i just want all this mess gone. i can even send a pic if one would help!

Long, think, wavy, red hair. that needs help?

u can u use a flat iron and try something like this.

http://beauty.about.com/od/hairstylephot...

Long, think, wavy, red hair. that needs help?

your best bet is to go to a salon and tell the stylist what you have in mind and see what she/he suggests.

If you don't like it, just remember--it's only hair and it will grow back.

Long, think, wavy, red hair. that needs help?

If your hair is thick, you may want to have your stylist cut a few layers out; I know that sounds weird, but I had it done to my really thick hair. It used to be flat on the top of my head and go outwards as it got to the tips of my hair (kind of like the shape of a christmas tree) but then when the layers were cut out, my hair had a much nicer shape to it (straight down, like it should be). Also, since you have a round face shape, its often a good idea to keep your hair below the shoulders to elongate your face. Also, layers work well with a round face too, and you could do long, swept to the side bangs that fade into the layers (they'd come down to your nose or even a little longer, so they're not your regular bangs). I know you said no bangs though, so maybe not, but side-swept bangs would most likely look good on you with the layers and your larger forehead.

Help.......Big lips?

Are lips glosses the best thing to wear for big lips??? I usually wear glosses in pinks because I was told it matches better with blond hair and blue eyes.

I would like to try some darker colours, can I ??? :)

Help.......Big lips?

Yeah lip gloss are better for people with very full lips. Pink is a very nice shade. You said you wanted to try darker shades? Well......it depends on how dark you want to go. you can try warm shades like in brown or reddish brown but not too dark though. Plum is also a nice shade or caramel, or chocolate. You can ask a cosmetologist this question when you go to buy your lip gloss. I hope you find the shades that suit you.Forget about those rude remarks from those guys and that girl (the pers閳?who said that you should stay away from lip gloss they have nothing on you. I wouldn't say you have big lips, I rather say you have very full lips. Don't be afraid to experiment just go for the ones you feel comfortable with, ok. Most of these little tarts will go and spend money to enhance their lips, while you honey have the real deal.

Just one thing don't over do it.Be cautious of the amount you add to your lips.

Help.......Big lips?

wow so dont wear lip glosses they make them BIGGER more like ENORMOUS!!!! lol

Help.......Big lips?

u could but pink does go with blond gurls...

Help.......Big lips?

sorry monkey chops i cant help you

Help.......Big lips?

lol you men are unbelievable

Help.......Big lips?

Yes, totally go for it, and try to ignore the fellatio related answers from men, I've got prominent lips too, and don't be afraid to experiment with reds, purples, and darker pinks. It can actually really enhance your lips and even make them appear smaller [if that's what you're going for]. Anyway, just go to your local super market and get some CoverGirl lipgloss in reds, or dark pinks. If you like the way it looks, you can try going into lipstick for a more concentrated color, happy hunting!

Help.......Big lips?

pink,nude,gold,lavendar...are all good. And don't worry about the syupid guys...big lips are beautiful. Flaunt them!

Help.......Big lips?

big lips are nice.

Help.......Big lips?

if you want your lips to look bigger then yes gloss is good, and pale pink would make them look bigger too, dark lip colour always looks bad (dark brown/purple etc) but if you mean like dark pinks and reds, yes this would look good, but it wont make your lips look bigger.

if they are very large naturally, gloss can look a bit over the top and it makes your lips look bloody massive and all out of proportion. stick with matt colours if your doing pale lip colour. you would look good in dark pinks and red (gloss or matt)because they draw attention to your nice big lips but dont make them look massive.

Help.......Big lips?

totally! a good idea would be to line your lips, just on inside of your lip line with a slightly darker liner. :)

Help.......Big lips?

whatever you do dont use lip plumper, your lips will look even bigger your lips are big? flaunt them!.

Help.......Big lips?

putting on gloss will cause attention to the area.u should wear lipchap .it'll look wayyyy better

Help.......Big lips?

Pout lip plumps are brilliant can get them in different colours aswell

Help.......Big lips?

Yes, I think darker is okay - but not all the time, just for a special look or occasion - I personally also have huge lips.. and I dont usually wear any color - just a gloss.. because when I do wear darker colors you can see my lips from a mile away! lol - but I do like the look.. if you are bold and confident enough, kudos to ya ! :)

Help.......Big lips?

I WISH I had fuller lips! Some people would kill to have lips like that. I can tell you what some of my friends will do: *

*Glosses are fine but stick to flesh toned or clear gloss. Anything to bright is just too outrageous.

*Creamy glosses are good too. Experiment with using a creamy liquid gloss (a neutral or low tone color) without using lipliner.

*As far as lipstick is concerned, you can wear dark colors but make sure the lipstick has a matte texture as opposed to a glossy texture.

Have fun!

Help.......Big lips?

hey big lips r cool!and beautyful!!!u lucky gurl!!!

dont use a lipgloss though try to wear darker reds and pinks in a lipstick which will make them appear smaller!

dont give a peanut what them idiots said!!!

BIG LIPS ARE FUNKY!!!!!!

:D

ps maybe try 1 frm covergirl or boots natural collection.

;)

Help.......Big lips?

I have big lips too and i wear lipstick cause lip gloss annoys me.

for daytime, i usually stick to light brown/neutral tones (NO PINKS!!)

Nighttime, it depends, something more red looks good for the OMG! she has gorgeous lips factor, or a slightly darker neutral shade. But then again i have blue eyes and brown hair, can't guarantee it would work on blonde hair. Why don't you 'borrow' some of your mates or mum's lipstick and try out a few different shades?

Help.......Big lips?

Yes, you can try other colors. I have an applicator stick you can use if you need one.

Help.......Big lips?

some girls would kill for big lip be proud use what you think looks best you will no if a colour is too dark

Help.......Big lips?

Yes go for it!! Think like Angelina Jolie and pout like you've never pouted before!!!! Big lips are fabulous! x

Help.......Big lips?

you need a creamy lipgloss that makes your lips salty...I mean shiny. Here, I have a rather large applicator here you can put it on with. Be gentle Thanks ;)

This is gross, I have a huge ingrown hair. How do I get rid of it?

I've shaved my pubic hair for years and I've had occasional bumps and ingrown hairs that went away in a few days. But one has turned into a big bump pretty much over night. I tried a hot compress and squeezing it. Puss is comming out of it. Does that happen with ingrown hairs? It hurts to squeeze it but I will if there is no other way. Please help me, it's so gross.

This is gross, I have a huge ingrown hair. How do I get rid of it?

Pop it like a pimple and the hair will pop out. It's going to be harder to do than a pimple but push hard and do it fast.

This is gross, I have a huge ingrown hair. How do I get rid of it?

If you can see the hair in it, pluck it out with tweezers. Make sure you sterilize them though. Put alcohol on the affected area as well. You may wanna keep working with the hot compress before you try to pluck.

This is gross, I have a huge ingrown hair. How do I get rid of it?

Your right it is gross but an ingrown hair is alot like a zit, but if you can take a clean needle or tweezers and pull the hair out. once the hair is gone from it, it will start clearing up.

This is gross, I have a huge ingrown hair. How do I get rid of it?

Grab the tweezers and pluck that sucker. Then clean up the pimple and dab some Neosporin on it. It should heal right up, but until you get rid of the hair, it will stay infected.

This is gross, I have a huge ingrown hair. How do I get rid of it?

As T minus said, locate the hair and pluck it with a pair of tweezers. Believe it or not, the core will come out with it, and it will be much easier to drain it and it will heal much quicker.

Shaving is not a good thing and this is why. It's just not worth the hassle every time you get an infection. Give it up for your own safety and comfort.

I need help!!!!!!!!!! I feel so sorry for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hair professionals?

my 14 year old cousin has had years of bad hair cuts which caused his hairline to recead tremendously. hes not bald in any other areas its just his hairlines receading it make it look like he has a big forhead. hes a handsom youngman but it seems as though his confidence has been shot down because of this. hes constantly looking down, he never makes eye contact, and hes constantly rubbing the area were his hairlines supposed to be. he has brothers and they pick on him about his receading hairline. my cousin is african american and he doesnt have hairloss problems but the years of bad hair cuts caused his hairline to recead and because i love him dearly i wanna help him. hes not balding in any other areas.

IS there any types of hair greese, hair gels, or anything medicated that he can rub on the bald area to make the hair grow back. we tried some types hair greese not all but it didnt help. i really wanna help him please help.

I need help!!!!!!!!!! I feel so sorry for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hair professionals?

Bad haircuts cannot cause a receading hairline, sorry hun its in his genes. He could see his Doctor or even a herbalist but I doubt if there is anything anybody can do.

Maybe he should try shaving it all off, at his age nobody would think twice about him having a bald head anyway.

I need help!!!!!!!!!! I feel so sorry for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hair professionals?

I doubt very much if his receding hairline is the result of bad haircuts. Its all in the genes. Somewhere down in his line of genetics someone either a aunt, uncle or grandparent had the same receding hairline. The fact that he keeps rubbing his hairline now might be contributing more to the problem. Constantly rubbing the area will cause more baldness. There are no gels or medication. When he is a bit older a doctor might prescribe Rogaine for him , but there is really nothing else.

I need help!!!!!!!!!! I feel so sorry for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hair professionals?

im 14, and i have not alot but some receading hailine, im quarter african an my dad (half african) has very bad receading hairine, i guess it jus inheritence n genes, i cover it with my curly hair lol no 1 cn tell, an no there is no gel tht works sorry

Has anyone blown their hair out with a comb or a paddle brush my hair is long and straight.?

I need advice on how to blow my hair out like in the salons i always leave the back wet i have a hard time i have a round brush a paddle brush and big combs

Has anyone blown their hair out with a comb or a paddle brush my hair is long and straight.?

the best way to get the full salon look is to put some volumizing mousse in before you blow dry ..

section it off, especially if you have long hair.

and use a round brush brushing your hair away from the scalp to increase volume

then finish off with a shine serum or spray and voila!

Has anyone blown their hair out with a comb or a paddle brush my hair is long and straight.?

I have almost waist length VERY thick straight hair, and the only thing that I've found that works without making my arms feel like jelly is a Revlon Air Brush (not sure of the actual name) it has fairly thick bristles around a metal cylinder and hot air comes out (think marriage of large round brush + hair dryer)...it smooths out my hair while it's drying...and dries it in half the time of a regular hair dryer...works for me! Good Luck!

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

Well, I have not idea what do with the hair around my nipples! Before I asked this question, I surfed around Y! A and got totaly mixed up answers!

I want to shave my nipples, because I already have a razor, it seems painless, and it's easy.

But, some people are saying that it will make it grow back darker, it doesn't work, and it's not safe? (I definatly need something that's safe!)

Some people say to wax? I, like others, think that would be so un-safe and not a good idea at all! What's the deal with waxing your nipples?

Others say to pluck? I have basically heard that this is safe and a lot of people suggest it? Ouch! I'm not a big plucker. Here's my problem with plucking: I don't want to tell my mom that I'm doing this, so I couldn't really go to the store and get the tweezer. We recently got wax strips for my eyebrows, so I couldn't say they were for my eyebrows.

Hair removing cream. I have some hair removing cream can I use that?

Basicaly can I shave my nipples?

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

OK. First of all, the idea that shaving hair makes it grow back thicker/darker is a myth. If that were the case, mens' beards would get thicker every day (I can attest that this is not true) and American womens' legs would look hairier than mens' legs if they let the hair grow out after years of shaving.

You can check medical references if you like, but believe me; It's not going to grow back thicker or darker if you shave it.

HOWEVER, you'd probably be better off NOT shaving around such a sensitive area. Aside from the possibility of cutting yourself, there's the very real possibility of desensitizing your nipples from frequent razor burn. It wouldn't be complete, but you'd built up tougher skin from all the times dragging a razor on it.

You do NOT want tougher, less sensitive nipples!

Hair removing cream can do the same thing-- It BURNS your hair off. It's basically weak acid. NOT something you should be putting on ANY sensitive area of your body!

Plucking is your best option. If you're an adult, and the problem is serious, you may consider electrolysis to permanently remove it. See a doctor about this.

I can't speak to waxing them-- It sounds unpleasant, and could possibly do damage to such a sensitive area.

Pluck them, dear. I know it's time-consuming and annoying, and can be painful, but it's the best option.

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

don't shave them, pluck them or use a creme that gets rid of hair!:) x

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

yes,i have done it but it will grow back thicker unless you shave it everytime you see it. go ahead.be careful

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

pluck.

really it doesnt hurt a bit.

for the coarser hairs

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

Shave or tweeze the more its done the less hair will grow back until it won't grow note when shave use a shaving cream with a moisturizer to keep the skin smooth and soft.

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

umm, not a good idea

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

well, yes. you can.

you shave your legs often... your arm pits... so you can shave them as well.. it is just one more thing you can do quick.

I suggest you wait until you are older, look into laser hair removal or waxing methods.

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

you have a lot of ideas - most of them are not good ideas -

no to:

wax, hair removing cream, wax strips

yes:

pluck or shave (I don't think this will make a difference at all! - just be careful!)

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

Shave if they really bother you. Everyone has them.

Shaving does not make it grow back darker or thicker, it just seems like it does because the hair used to have soft wispy ends, and when you shaved them the hair was cut off a a very blunt angle. Put some kind of lotion on after you do or you'll be very itchy :p

Don't wax, pluck, or use a depilatory ("hair removing cream"). They'll irritate the gentle skin.

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

DOOOO NOOOT shave them, it will grow back a lot thicker (like each hair will be more course). I get a few and they are super thick from shaving them a while back. Try to pluck them if you can get a hold of them!

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

DON'T PUT HAIR REMOVING CREAM ON YOUR NIPPLES!

Don't shave your nipples, the hair will grow back worse, darker and thicker (even the really light-colored ones) and you could cut yourself.

Get a friend to get you some tweezers. Just pluck them out, they come right out and don't even hurt. I know, I've done that all my life - and I hate pain.

Getting Rid of Hair Around Nipples?

wax it

Is it common for Guinea pigs to lose hair behind there ears?

1 of my Guinea Pigs is 8 months old, and the other is about 4 month's old. Both of them are starting to lose hair behind there ears. The one who is 8 months old has big spots on both of her ears is that common?

Is it common for Guinea pigs to lose hair behind there ears?

no

Is it common for Guinea pigs to lose hair behind there ears?

yes, if they use the iPod too much

Is it common for Guinea pigs to lose hair behind there ears?

se lo perdio??

Is it common for Guinea pigs to lose hair behind there ears?

ya they do seem to lose some hair behind their ears. Otherwise it could be too much iching due to dry skin (if you bathe them a lot) or check for mights (little white bugs on their hair) But as long as they don't continue to lose hair anywhere else you shouldn't have anything to worry about

Is it common for Guinea pigs to lose hair behind there ears?

mine got this its not normal it was fungal infection we paid over 鎷?0 at vets and it didn't work.go to chemist get cannistan fungal cream rub it between your fingers to warm it up and apply every day till a couple of weeks after it has gone and hair starts to grow back.wash your hands in between doing both pigs as its infectious also wash your hands when you have finished cos you don't want a fungal infection either i found this remedy on web site and it works i will never go vets with the problem again cos their treatment didn't work in fact one of our pigs was so bad it bled and it kept scratching it and making it work they are all totally clear now good luck

Check at the pet store in your area or call a vet for medicine. Good luck!

Is it common for Guinea pigs to lose hair behind there ears?

Yes. It is normal for GPs to lose hair around the ears. Here is what I found on a website (http://www.guinealynx.info/ 'this website has other very useful answers') --%26gt;These Bald spots are referred to as "the hairless areas" (Curtis sine pilis) and are usually about 1 to 1.5 cm in diameter. As a rule, no hairs grow in this region, however, sometimes a few scattered hairs may be present. The hairless area is larger in albino pigs and in colored animals the skin is usually more darkly pigmented than the remaining skin. The area not only lacks hair, but is also free of sweat and sebaceous glands."

Is it common for Guinea pigs to lose hair behind there ears?

That is completely normal. These Bald spots are referred to as "the hairless areas" and are usually about 1 to 1.5 cm in diameter. Normally as a rule, no hairs grow in this region, though sometimes a few scattered hairs may be present. The hairless area is larger in albino pigs.

If the hair loss was anywhere but behind the ears then it could have been a number of things and they would have needed to see the vet. As it is everything is completely normal and nothing for you to worry about.

Girls! Which hair looks best on ME?

I don't have any pics of me to show, but I have a very similar face shape to Brad Pitt/Dominic Purcell - basically broad cheekbones, and strong jawline that sticks out.

I know that girls are different on what they like, and also that different hair lengths look better on some guys than others. So with someone like me with a very masculine face, -big jaw and cheekbones, heavy brow ridges, what hairstyle would suit me?

At the moment I have a buzz cut no 1, and I get a lot of second looks from girls so I think this is the one that suits me, but I want to make sure. I have had the normal medium length hair with the front gelled up but I don't remember girls taking second looks at me, even though thats what most girls tell me they like, but after the buzz it seemed to make a difference.

Thanks!

Girls! Which hair looks best on ME?

Don't assume they are taking a second look because it looks good, they could be thinking you'd look better if it was say a number 4. Lots of girls like to be able to run their fingers through a guys hair. I do!!!

HOW do i get this style? my hair is about the right length I just need to part it correctly!!?

HOW do i get this style? my hair is about the right length I just need to part it correctly! for some reason my hair doesnt seem to fall right, I've tried using a big round brush and curling irons and it never seems to work. I NEED MORE VOLUME!!! I also use XXL garnier frutic mousse and root lifter... whats happening??

copy%26amp;paste this in your browser and help mee =)

http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d69/ho...

HOW do i get this style? my hair is about the right length I just need to part it correctly!!?

TEAAAASE your hair. Teasing is your friend! I've included a link below that gives you step by step instructions. Once you tease your hair and give it volume, all you have to do is lightly comb it down and it will still maintain its volume. Make sure you use lots of hairspray so your hair wont go limp. The products you say you are using sound good, especially root lifter, so I think its just in the technique rather than the products. Good luck!

HOW do i get this style? my hair is about the right length I just need to part it correctly!!?

try teasing ur hair then barley brush over that and it will be volumeizd!

HOW do i get this style? my hair is about the right length I just need to part it correctly!!?

Using a curling iron and curcl the tips of your hair into your face then if you don't already have bangs take a section of your hair and make a far part, creating the illusion of bangs.

HOW do i get this style? my hair is about the right length I just need to part it correctly!!?

Get a hand mirror and stand with your back to a wall mirror. Look at the back of your head. Note the natural swirl of hair. It will be clockwise or counterclockwise. Part your hair and brush it so that it goes with the swirl, not against it. It should fall right.

HOW do i get this style? my hair is about the right length I just need to part it correctly!!?

I find that Garnier frutic products dont work, minus the shampoos and conditioners. Anyways, Leave your hair unwashed without products for one day so that you have a little oil to work with. Next, apply a light mouse (I like GOT 2 B too sexy volumizing mouse) massaging into the scalp only (applying to your ends will weigh hair down) and blowdry upside down. Flip hair over and part hair then take upper half and pin up. Take a round brush (perferably ionic or boar bristel and spritz a light hairspray on a 2 inch section of hair and blowdry curling towards your face. Do that for your bottom layer and then take your top layers down 2 inches at a time and continue doing that as well.
