I have black hair what should I dye it?

I have bronze skin and black hair with fading chesnut highlights. I was wondering if I should die my hair or just highlight it.

If this is any help, I like to dress all hipster/ bohoemian kind of like hmmmmm, Mischa Barton or Nicole Richie. So try to pick the hair color to match my kind of style please.

Ok first off its very hard to dye your hair any color when you have black hair, black hair is really hard to turn unless you get it stripped and coat over it several times and expensive too i had my hair black and sat in a salon for 5 hrs gettin the black out. But maybe you should go with a highlight like a light burgundy red higlight i think that looks cute but not to red

well i think black hair is SO pretty ..... in fact i just dyed my hair black today.....i had medium brown and it was o.k but i love my hair black....i would suggest just leaving it allone :)

I think dying it all a dark chesnut/brown would look really pretty, especially if you have darker/tanish skin.

If you also want to add color, try blonde highlights underneath your hair. [;
