Hair dye trouble!?

Well i tryed highligting my hair blonde out of a box and that did not go so well.. instead of blonde theyre like the color musturd and instead of highlights its just big ugly blotches. im going to the salon tommorow to get it fixed but what should i do with it?

Hair dye trouble!?

I did the same thing last year!

I went to the hairdresser the next day and hid till then!

The hairdresser suggested that I put on a semi-perminent and take it from there. I had to go darker than it was originally though to cover it up.

When the semi perminent had kind of worn off (If you can explain it like that!) I put a lot of blonde highlights to cover it up.

Don't worry because Now my hair is a really nice colour and I love it!

In future though I would stick to getting hair done at the salon. That's what i'm doing!

Good luck!

you could either have some more professional highlights in to cover up the other ones of alternatively have the mustard colour disguised with a darker coloured tint.depends on the condition of your hair.after this though you will have to have it cut regularly and condition it a lot

Hair dye trouble!?

well, first of all never dye if it isn't the certain streak dye. Second of all never use any other brand beside Revlon or l'oreal. Third of dyeing your bed blonder is a total mishap . Let the salon person do it all you'll be sure to never have a hair dye trouble.

I hope i helped!

Well for now you can try putting it in a funky updo, or try wrapping it in a fashionable scarf, since you are getting it fixed tomorrow, its all good. I have done the same thing, I put on a baseball cap....lol. Good luck %26lt;3.

Don't go to the salon just yet. Go to Walmart and get a bottle of "Clairol Toner." Get an Ash blonde or something to get that yellow out. You just comb through your hair after you wash and towel dry. It will take the mustard color out. It may not be as light as you want. If it was mustard when you stopped the lightening process, you stopped too soon. It should have been the color of spaghetti. Then use a toner. Try it today. It may save you from getting the sermon at the salon that you shouldn't do it yourself!
