ok my hair is curly just in front and the rest is wavy!

what can i do with it?

i straighten it but once in a while because i dont want to ruin my hair?

when i curl it it looks good when wet but then whem it dries its just a big poof.

While your hair is still wet, use scrunching mousse and a little hairspray. Then, once your hair is mainly dry, spray on plenty of special curling hairspray (Suave is my favorite). For more curly curls, use more hairspray. Also, for those bad hair days when you just don't want to wet your hair, staighten your hair a little to make it all wavy and put in messy bun or ponytail. Try putting mousse all over your hair when its wet. Use mousse especially for curls, such as Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Extra Hold Mousse. I use it and my curly hair looks great!

i have naturally poofy %26amp; wavy hair. i also straighten it once in a while b/c i dont wanna ruin it. but wen its not straight, i ussually wash my hair the night before im going to style it. then when i come out of the shower, i towel dry it then put mouse in it. then i brush my hair and make two braids. in the morning, i undo the braids and hand-scrunch it with gel. it looks really cute =]

if that doesnt work then try using a new shampoo and conditioner. brilliant brunette (or whatever color hair u have) %26amp; treseme work really well for me
